Throughout my corporate career which has spanned over 30 years, I have successfully led various projects and programs that involve significant changes in data governance, HR, culture, leadership development, coaching, outsourcing, equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as risk and compliance. I am committed to creating a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, encourages innovation, and fosters growth and development.
I have been involved in identifying areas for change that require improvement, designing and implementing effective strategies, and ensuring the necessary changes and recommendations are adopted and embraced throughout the organisation.

In November 2023 I also qualified as an Equine Facilitated Practitioner as an ACCPH Accredited course and organisation member
